      Pros

      Offers help for contract immigrants to adapt to Portugal. Support in bureaucratic matters with the foreign service and finance services in Portugal.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there is not much proximity to the company for the employees who are allocated to the client. Corporate events take place only in the capital Lisbon and at times that do not allow the displacement of employees who are allocated in other districts. There is no career plan or performance assessments to measure employees' professional progression, which makes it very difficult for us to negotiate salary adjustments. There are no guarantees that you will have a salary adjustment, you can spend years with the same salary. Unattractive benefit package.
