Pros
work from home, that's just about it
Cons
training is useless, you talk about the benefits of a water bottle??????? training was 4 weeks.. once you're done with training, you're basically by yourself. there are people who are there to help, but most times, they tell you where the answer is instead of helping you help your customer (because you are 'graded' on how fast you respond, when you log your notes after the chat, and if the customer has chatted back in after speaking with you. i thought this was a guaranteed full time position.. it is for a few months, but you'll then be getting graded. even if your surveys are good, if you don't respond to your customer in like 30 seconds, you'll be getting in trouble for that.. you get QA'd every week.. if it's bad, you'll be given like 2 weeks to increase your scores or you're terminated.. you could really get all 5's on your surveys. if you don't respond or log your notes in a timely manner, you will be given a 'corrective'.. then when you are QA'd, they ALWAYS go over the bad chats you did.. never the good ones.. it's like they want you to fail
