Toxic management and entitlement ruin a once-great culture

Toxic Management. Obvious favouritism. Certain managers get away with bullying tactics that don’t align with the compliance standard they ram down our throats with code of conduct courses they force us to do otherwise no bonus. Yet don’t adhere to themselves. Restructure every 12 months that seems to make this organisation harder to work for everytime. No support. Senior staff are entitled and treat frontline like slaves and no manners whatsoever . And their managers allow this. Very difficult place to work where as a few years back management was caring and supportive. The culture was wonderful due to management encouraging a positive environment with a safe to speak attitude. Huge incentives and work place morale. Unfortunately this has all flown out the window due to poor management and low morale.high turnover of staff.
