Pros
Even as an intern I was able to get an inside look at everything that goes into creating the magazine, from start to finish. You can gain some really supportive connections there, and definitely learn a lot.
Cons
As an intern you're very, VERY aware of just how low on the totem pole you are, but that's par for the course in the magazine industry these days.
