Public Policy team was always friendly.

Cons

I was informed that a fellow AE was being paid 34k after negotiations, despite being promised at least 30k after six months as a Research Assistant on 26k. Bad internal communications, particularly from the head office in London. Enormous pressure was put on junior staff to partake in business development efforts.

A lot of conflicting initiatives and projects against the company values and DEI plans. High staff turnover

Pros

Very talented colleagues and some great benefits. Lots of good resources available and enjoy working with teams from other offices.

Cons

Can be busy at times. Finding it difficult to hire new staff after someone leaves which can have an effect on the team picking up the workload.
