      - Good project variety, always working with cutting edge technologies, makes it a good place to learn. - Good staff, average engineer is very capable and humble, a few standout world class engineers that are happy to lend their expertise if asked. - Currently offering a flexible remote environment.

      Cons

      - No reward for excellence in your role other than the plaudits of your co-workers. - Uncompetitive salary in Belfast market, even worse in remote market. - HR completely coupled to senior leadership team, not even a facade of impartiality. - Verbally champion diversity while protecting managers that actively discriminate against those that make us diverse. - Continued effort to enact anti-employee policy despite rampant disapproval amongst staff.
