There used to be a lot of pros and benefits to working for this company but honestly I can’t think of any now
Cons
The list is long but they expect too much from their employees, want to pay them too little, and the constant management turnover makes it difficult for anyone to know what’s expected of them Micromanagement from the top down and losing their customer service focus because now that all they care about is Making as much money for their upper level management bonuses
