Has potential to be an exciting and rewarding place to work, unfortunately this potential was not realised.

Cons

Expected to work 24/7 and guilted for not working weekends and late evenings Humility and shaming of co-workers No respect or regard for personal life or beliefs Regular Inappropriate comments and discussions Underhand tactics in hiring process to make company and role appear more than it actually is Overselling technical capabilities of technology to customers

Pros

Friendly, helpful people within fast-paced environment who does not judge you on your failure. You can also feel the startup culture and you are able to see the whole process from zero to top while improving yourself. It is also perfect place for the people who loves to improve themselves, learn many things from their head even though they are young leaders and love to inspire those who are around to them and also you get a chance to communicate with different people from more than 20+ nationalities.
