      Good team Highly technical challenges Flexible working hours

      Cons

      Management, they jump the hierarchy very often and they simply can't delegate responsabilities. They spect you to work on the weekends/hollidays. Poor HR team.

      The only good thing is you might meet and know some excellent engineers.

      Cons

      Some managers are abusive. Work load is brutal and uninspiring. No balance between work and life.

      Pros

      stock doing ok, some talented people and nice co-workers. Good outlook in short-term. CEO seems has vision.

      Cons

      Unreasonable schedules, long hours, ask you to work on weekends for free. VERY bad place for employees that are below principal level and who wants to grow. Some inexperienced managers keep changing their mind and hold no responsibly but only takes credit when they can. Blame-shifting is often, and management likes to keep everything in secret. Compensation and benefits starts to shrink.
