      Pros

      The company has a progressive in HR policy. That is it is up to date and sometimes in advance of current thinking. This includes family friendly policies and paternity leave.

      Cons

      Backward management styles and strange nepotism. Egos unfortunately are more important than results.

      The people at the company are great. No agendas just want what's best for the plant/company as a whole and therefore for the employees. Plant management is committed and cares.

      Lack of budget to make improvements.
