Sr Management doesn't listen to the sharp people. Paying employees below market rate is seen as a cost savings measure. Good ol' boy system of management. Sr Management often sends out mass threatening emails, then breaks rules themselves and tells the good ol' boys to break rules. Not clear how to advance in company aside from good ol' boy system. They often treat everyone like they are a step below their job. Technicians are treated like operators. Engineers are treated like Technicians. Program Managers are treated like Engineers. Directors are Program Managers. Profit sharing doesn't happen.

Management is lacking Favoritism to PhD's and management No career growth Salary is a joke unless you have a PhD Mirco management and negative reinforcement Training is a joke and problems are always reactive and in hindsight CEO is a joke does not care about floor workers at all Management is expected to be on 24 hour all and no engineering support to off shifts Raises and career movement is all Favoritism and not on skill Tools and tech are at least 30 years old Great place to start and learn but constantly keep looking for better because you will not have a career here Project based company performance can be up one week and near layoff the next week Huge turnover rate
