      Great potential. Excellent place for engineers to tinker, create, and learn. Kind coworkers.

      Cons

      Ultra religious based organization. Non-customer centric. Unrealistic growth expectations (new products and sales). Require 50 hours per week.

      From a technical and engineering perspective, one can learn a lot. You run your cell like it's an independent business.

      Cons

      Long work hours (Required a minimum of 50 hours per week). Very religiously-rooted company. High customer turnover with low/slow growth.
