Pros

nothing there really to find

Cons

ceo is a jerk. sorry. but you can see here in the site he bitterly responds to the honest reviews of his employees and then posts false reviews here do drown out the truth of his abusive management by giving reviews of impossibly perfect scores and narcissistically praising himself.

Pros

There are no real pros... I find the positive reviews on here hilarious. This place is crazy. In the worst ways possible. They’re always talking about “drinking the kool aid” like it’s a good thing—hello, that’s a reference to the group suicide by members of a cult! Actually, that makes it perfect for InnoVision. The CEO doesn’t seem to have a personal life outside of work, and expects his employees to do the same. The hours are ridiculous, the pay is a joke and the work is embarrassing. The creative is so cheesy I feel bad for the clients. The CEO who doesn’t seem to have any background in the creative field of advertising, is also the Creative Director. With all his experience, he should know… suits are not cut out to be creatives. Someone else mentioned that the CEO is an egomaniac. I have to agree. He’s very "nice" and "generous", but every time he does something, he announces to everyone his “generous” gesture. Oh and the SDBJ reviewed Innovision as one of the best places to work? I wouldn’t believe that. He’s very good friends with the folks there—they kiss his butt since he buys a lot of media from them. I doubt SD Mag ever mentions this place.

Cons

I wish there was something nice I could say about this place. The people are nice, but they’re the type of cast-offs that couldn’t get hired anywhere else.

Well, you are correct I will reply - with honor and with pride. But I am never angry. Before I actually thank you, let me let all the readers know that all the negative reviews are from the same person using different computers. One very angry, negative person that cannot understand the ethics it takes to succeed in life. One who attacks everyone, not just me. So why am I going to thank you? Because all of your fake reviews are making people curious and flooding my inbox with requests to work here and to meet me. In fact I'm about to meet with someone waiting in our lobby now. So thank you for giving me a platform to let people, good honest hard working people know how amazing a company InnoVision is and as always, I never hide behind an anonymous post. I let people know I am the CEO and I am so proud of the team here, the work we do, the results we get and the exponential growth we are experiencing. So again, thank you for your negativity, what we all learned in science class is true: your negativity has caused even more positivity and great unity here at our company. As always I welcome anyone to email me or visit us, you'll see I'll reply and invite you to visit. I am Ric Militi, CEO and I can be reached at 619-356-3020 or ricm@innovisionnow.com

Pros

Working at InnoVision allowed me to attend some cool events, get free vodka, interact with great clients and have an occasional laugh with the other employees.

Cons

Worked 60 + hours a week, was paid less than minimum wage and made more coffee than a barista. This is a very corrupt company employed by some of the most self-involved people I've ever met. I felt like I was back in high school working there. Superiors decide your success in the company. If they don't like you, you're out.

Yes, perhaps issuing free vodka is sometimes a bad idea. Apparently this person drank too much of it. I'm much more careful with who is given vodka by our vodka client now. Lesson learned. If you're new in marketing and are willing to work your way up into a great position and have the opposite attitude of this person, please contact me personally. We are growing quickly and have openings often, ric@innovisionnow.com
