      People are friendly. Managers are not looking over your shoulder.

      some people are very loud on conference calls and don't close their office door.

      No pros that I can name at the moment.

      Cons

      This company does layoffs left and right. A lot of the younger talent does not stay at the company long enough either due to the layoffs or they quit. There's not a lot of opportunity for growth.
