When Kyle worked as a lead, things were tolerable.
Cons
Too many to list, but most important is that you will have to literally run calls 20 hours a day before getting any sleep....then the next call. Too many drivers and leads quitting due to the unethical business practices and treatment.
Money is good if you're willing to work. I work a few days a week and almost always pull 400-600. That's 2 full days and a 5 hour shift. These people complaining about pay probably just aren't courteous and quick
Cons
Wear and tear on your vehicle. Definitely a must to give some compensation for that. Come on we need a little more money
