      A great company to work for

      Pros

      Team-oriented environment, great flexibility, ability to work from home when needed, great company culture.

      Cons

      parking in downtown of Cleveland can be expensive and hard to find. If you can't work without supervision, this is not for you.

      Pros

      The company provides a very flexible work environment. There are no strict times you have to come in and leave. If something comes up in your life, the company is more than willing to adjust your work schedule. The company also provides a friendly atmosphere. Everyone is encouraging and willing to help you out, even if they are really busy.

      Cons

      Since the company is downtown, you will have to pay for your own parking. However, there are many lots close by that you can choose from.

      Collaborative Team Environment

      Pros

      Inforce Technologies provides a very positive atmosphere and maintains the most supportive and collaborative environment I have ever worked in. Working here allows for a great work-life balance and you never feel like just another cog in the wheel. Any and all ideas to help grow the company are actually encouraged rather than snuffed out. The great pay and benefits is simply icing on the cake.

      Cons

      The usual growing pains associated with any smaller company apply, but if you are open and honest with the CEO about such issues they are quickly remedied.
