Cons

CEO and senior managers get full bonus while company is not performing well (according to their words). 2 Managers per developer. Unnecessary bureaucratic culture. Micromanagement. Under pay. Almost all worthy devs left the company. Zero innovation. Future is blurry. Unsatisfied customers.

Pros

Solid ASX200 company with a sales driven culture and global customer base. Good corporate culture with Table tennis go karts and free fruit weekly. Subsidised lunch too and free parking.

Cons

Toxic culture in finance with a rotating middle management door and shaky job stability. CFO regularly fires staff prior to probation expiring and saw one colleague fired the day before anniversary. CFO indecisive and creates environment of fear and confusion where noone really knows what is required of them and how to satisfy an extremely demanding CFO that is impossible to please.

Pros

Good for beginners. That's all. Get your experience and get out quick. If you don't have any formal IT education you can get a position at Infomedia if you know some one there.

Cons

In the middle of no where. Bullying culture. A lot of managers with no university education. Poor salary reviews. HR issues. A lot of nepotism. A lot of politics. Promotion based on who you know not what you know. Good ideas are not listened to as it is a threat to the unqualified managers.
