      It's just an okay place to work

      Pros

      As far as working conditions it is fine. Snacks, drinks, 30 minute massage, nice people to work with. Flexibly with hours if you have appointments or school etc.

      Cons

      If you are just starting your career as a BA or PM, this is the place for you. However if you are on the development side, it is very difficult to have a career path, if you are at all interested in modern day programming and database technologies. If you are okay with just doing one job for the rest of your life, then this is the perfect place for you to work.

      - Attempting to implement change in processes / product - Listening to employee feedback - Recognize change is necessary

      Cons

      - Execution of new processes seems more around how to not make people angry than what's actually best for the company - Impact to client experience is undervalued - Too slow to implement - Too many "leaders", unclear who is steering the ship
