      Pros

      The only pro was my manager. Very good person. but that's it

      Cons

      No regards for employees. Had good metrics on my team, got terminated and wasnt even given a reason. They were also not going to give bonuses as well

      Pros

      Small company lead by people who have been doing government contracting for at least 30 years. While small, they will bend over backwards to help you if something unfortunate were to happen to you or your job.

      Cons

      The general structure they tend to try and implement seems to be more well suited to teams and groups with a similar skill-set. This will not always be the case, as the circumstances between government contracts can vary wildly.
