      Awful place to work

      The staff are great, good culture but SM are awful

      Cons

      This company is awful place to work. The CEO sends bullying and aggressive emails to the entire company pointing out when someone makes a mistake. The management team hire young people and offer them “opportunities to progress” if they prove themselves but actually just the end up taking advantage of young talent by paying them peanuts and giving them crazy workloads!

      Thank you for your review, we appreciate the time you've taken to leave feedback and we would like to address your comments. Over the last number of years we have added more resources and addressed ways of working for all our teams to ensure workload is manageable . There are a number of additional benefits available to employees (free snacks, monthly pizza days, BIK packages, additional paid time off etc.) on top of their salary, which are at competitive market rates. This year alone we have had five people progress internally as we foster a culture of growing and promoting from within. Our retention rate is over 90% for 2018 - which attests to the improvements we have, and continue to, put in place over recent times.

      Somewhat flexible working hours, travel in certain roles, nice people working there

      Serious growing pains. Struggled with staff retention. Recession-level salary

      Thank you for your feedback. We are currently recruiting for more senior management to assist with the growth that Inflight Dublin is experiencing, and in 2017 we introduced additional benefits packages for staff.

      Shame about senior management

      Staff & colleagues were fantastic to work with

      Cons

      Staff were dropped off amid Covid-19 with unclear futures. Senior management clueless and inept at keeping staff up to date on the status of the company or, more importantly, their jobs.
