Learning about aircraft parts if you are new in the Aviation industry. It's just good for part-time college students to make some money while they're studying to get a better job.!
Cons
High-pressure work every day! Stressful workplace for everybody! Confused and moody management! Unrealistic expectations! Nonsense decisions from the company management & the Owner Workplace Humiliation! No job Securities at all!

Like a previous post stated. This company’s only pro applys to gaining the experience needed at an entry level or mid level position to move on to a better company.
Cons
Company is full of cons, especially from the reviews on Glassdoor created by the Managment team which is obvious. I cannot list all of the cons. Bottom line is that they do not treat their employees well, and leave employees with the constant fear that the will loose their jobs at someone else’s expense. Accounting is terrible, as well as Allflight the Infinity Air repair station. I do not know how they stay in business.
