I’ve had the privilege of working at Infinite Recovery for the past 4 years, starting as a nurse and growing into a leadership role. It has truly been an incredible journey. What sets this organization apart is the strong sense of teamwork and support, we don’t just work together, we function like a family. There is a shared commitment to both our clients and each other, and that culture makes a meaningful difference every day. In my current leadership role, I’ve had the opportunity to support and guide our nursing team while continuing to grow professionally myself. Leadership is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in both staff development and quality client care. There is a strong focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. The work can be fast-paced and at times challenging, especially in a growing organization where processes are still being refined. However, this also creates opportunities to contribute, improve workflows, and be part of meaningful change. Communication and structure continue to evolve, and leadership is actively working to strengthen these areas. Overall, it is incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that is making a real impact in people’s lives.
