Pros

Good experienced staff in the business, safety was a high priority.

Cons

New Leadership in the Irish business is in the process of cutting costs and corners, which is worrying when you deal with hazardous waste. Management team has gone very quiet, lots of closed doors meetings and it looks like they are targeting certain staff to get them to leave the company. There is a high turnover of staff due to reluctance to pay going market rates or offer a decent bonuses and yearly salary increases.

Dedicated Staff - Steady Business

Cons

The Management team is limited, self-centered and does not look out for their team members. A good example of this would be the bonus structure, they pay themselves a yearly bonus of 15-20% while everyone else gets 1.5%. What I hear, is that unlike a lot of companies who have been operating during the lockdown, who understand the effort of their staff and are rewarding them for this effort, Indaver are looking for ways to reduce staff costs.
