Poor communication and limited career progression opportunities
Pros
Working from home, the rest will be dependant on whether you land on a good manager/ team or not Work life balance is one of the only good perk
Cons
Most people have stated carrier progression and this is correct, if you are interested in going up the ladder even if you constantly mention it and try to network, the organisation will do very little to help. Very poor communication and transparency with employees - this year even though we hit all target and generated the highest profit the company had we had a pay cut on our yearly bonus and this was communicated DAYS before we were due to be paid and then with little communication they told us our pay renewal will be paid months later and will not be back dated. They did all this while investing in AI to track employee workload and productivity, loads of restructuring going on in the back ground so they make role redundant but won’t replace people. Training is also abysmal, been working here for nearly 4 years and this has never gone any better. Company claims to be inclusive, I’m based in UK and will have to say there’s a huge lack of diversity within the workforce especially in the corporate sector, I worked in a department where there wasn’t even one single person of colour that’s how bad it is. I have witnessed so many people being handed roles and pay raises just based on the fact they had a knew someone else in the company, unfortunately meritocracy will not get you anywhere working for incora, I wouldn’t recommend working here, there’s worse places but there’s also much better places and whilst working here I have made very little carrier progression and pay growth despite landing a managerial position and consistently trying to learn more
