Disgusting Treatment Of Workers

The team I have worked with was amazing we had great communication even though we had a few remote workers. I've also gained a lot of knowledge from working here. I loved the job I did and my fellow coworkers. The problem I had only lied with owners and higher-ups.

Cons

Extremely shady and only thinks about money. How can you lay off an entire team without any notice? They do not follow their core values that they drill into our heads. It was a complete lack of respect for their employees. Doesn't matter how long you've been here, how great you are, if you are management or not you are only a number to them. Despite loving the job I did... I can not work in an environment that treated their employees like trash and can make a last-minute decision to lay someone off.
