      Pros

      Pretty much nothing at all, unless you like slavery.

      Cons

      1. Management is absolutely useless. They don’t care about you. 2. Absolutely no communication from the management team down to the employees. 3. Be prepared to get no response back when you ask for time off in advance, after you have mentioned that family from out of state is coming in to town. 4. Be prepared to have your supervisor talk over you as you are in the middle of speaking. Your ideas do not matter. 5. The management team knows more about your job than you. Prepare for micromanagement on a whole other level. 6. If you are doing work that requires a clearance, be prepared to be working with people who are NOT cleared for the project. 7. INADEV does not consider what the market pays for your position. If they could, they would send all their work overseas.

      Don't fall for this trap

      Pros

      This organisation has changed drastically since an year after the change in the entire management system. I have been associated with the organisation for quite a long time now but I'm on the bridge of leaving the organisation. There is no certainty and job security. I have seen people being fired and projects not planned properly. Your PM holds special powers to hold your salary and play blame game.

      Cons

      They will make you work of 12 hours to 18 hours whether it's a weekday or weekend. Do not be surprised if your PM keeps calling back to back for meetings coz more than work they have meetings to shout at you. They will just cover up for themselves putting the blame on you.

      Amazing Growth Potential!

      Pros

      I have been very pleasantly surprised with this company. It's the best of both worlds, they are small enough that you are able to be a real contributor with a President and CTO that are extremely accessible but large enough that you never have to worry about a lack of work. You will work hard but you will learn so much and your hard work will be acknowledged!!!!

      Cons

      They are growing and with that there will be growing pains, be patient, everything will work out.
