      Unlimited commissions with full commitment

      Cons

      Overpriced and rerun leads. Low commission percentage for no free leads.

      We have found a better lead source and as always we put our agents in direct contact with the vendors. Going direct to vendor assures our agents that they will not have to worry about being up charged nor having recirculated leads since they don't come through our company.

      Pros

      Six different career paths to utilize and choose from. The President, CBO, and CFO are amazing! I have not worked for a more truthful and caring company than InVida. I had drank the Kool Aid at another company and was let down by the carrot that was dangled in front of my face, this carrot. InVida has delivered on all their promises and I have more opportunity here than I ever did.

      Cons

      It took awhile before they got a good lead source, but they have one now.

      The work culture is all about helping people The commission & promotion structure provide a lot of incentive to produce Values are aligned all the way up to the top The job never feels sales-y, people genuinely need what we have Great training, home office support, and website

      Cons

      Not really a great leads system to break into, mostly rely on your warm market Some of the training is not beneficial and seems pushy, forced, or last-minute No runway money - be sure you have enough saved for a couple of months
