Pros

Thoroughly enjoyed the handful of long standing clients we had that were successful.

Cons

The owner is wonderfully dishonest. To keep the cashflow going, he accepts any business whether he can perform or not. If not, which is generally the case, he comes up with some excuse for the failure. Employees are often paid late. Worse, even though taxes were taken out of their checks, the payroll taxes were never submitted to the IRS. In my case, after being there for 10 years they told me mid year I was going to be a 1099 employee. Even though they took out taxes for the first half of the year, the did not submit them and never reimbursed them to me as promised.

Pros

There are no pros in working for them

Cons

Disrespectful, dishonest, expect you to be available 24/7, late pay check, sometimes they do not even pay, expect you to work for free, Carl Townsend curses at you even though you are not getting paid, if you do not have work they send you home
