You are just like a labour guy. The leads just pick you up for any task whenever it is required. Your skill set or previous experience in the product is never considered. You just get assigned randomly to any task and you must complete it.
There is no long-term vision for the company, They just keep releasing some features that are very outdated and not of much use.
Company does not use competitive technologies and management is always scared to make tech switches.
There is always a deadline and no scope to extend the product further.
Couple of managers just handle "everything" and some people want to be regarded as heroes in the company. No merit or credit is given to team members' ideas and they are always overridden by outdated ideas.
Lot of groupism between employees. If you are not liked by some members, then you are completely ignored in all outing plans and are not even informed about those plans.
Overall, I felt that the environment is very toxic and not supportive for an employee's growth.
