Pros

Known global brand. Some operational teams show individual commitment and good intent.

Cons

At its current stage, it does not provide an environment that supports professional growth or sustainable business evolution. No real career growth opportunities or clearly defined career paths. Management lacks the skills required to lead a modern, evolving organization. The company shows a clear level of organizational immaturity. In Montevideo particularly, local leadership falls short in terms of professionalism, vision, and decision-making quality. Decisions are frequently driven by personal preferences, hallway rumors, and subjective opinions rather than data, strategy, or clear priorities. C-level leadership has limited visibility into day-to-day realities and fails to communicate a clear vision, roadmap, or strategic direction. Poor, reactive, and fragmented communication across teams. From a technology perspective, the company is outdated and shows little genuine intention to modernize or commit to the level of effort required for true transformation. Strong resistance to change and lack of a continuous improvement mindset. A culture where challenging the status quo is discouraged. A company that does not offer any sort of flexibility nor understanding about work-life balance.
