      Pros

      There are few people there that are wonderful to work for. You get quality health care that inculdes dental & vision. Paid vacation.

      Cons

      Corparate culture is not the best. It is very competive and not a supportive environment between executives. Everyone works as individuals instead of as a team.

      Pros

      It’s a job in a business where jobs are scarce.

      Cons

      Poorly managed, no strategy, no meaningful communication to employees. Businesses are built and shuttered on a whim. The President knows nothing about entertainment and solely manages up. Depressing with a demotivated group of employees. I don’t know a single happy colleague.
