grossest place to rot in

Pros

you get paid for being there if you know anything about technology and computers, you're a nuclear physicist you can take weeks off at a time out the door by 5

Cons

ran like a dictatorship by the CEO, who's been talked about by the press as making too much $$, she makes 300G's a year. you will never, ever I repeat EVER get a raise in this place unless you're the best brownoser in this place. if you know how to use trendy terminology and seem like you love the place, you'll last here until you're 65. if you're a lesbian or liberal, you'll prob end up with a 6 figure salary in 1-2 years, kudos if you're a man hater too. if you're a male and not political, or a favorite of the CEO you're part of the furniture no sense of culture lots of weirdness, no sense of true comraderie or teamwork at all nobody actually does anything, if you are a worker people expect you to work but if you're not, then just sit back and take it easy culture of fear the whole internal org is a complete laugh, its like a mix of 'The Office' and Highschool

Pros

you can play angry birds at your desk take 10-15 starbucks breaks a day gchat with friends nurfing at your desk take a day off anytime for any reason lots of PTO feel like you're really working in 'The Office'

Cons

lazy co-workers with no real sense of real world work ethic very sexist man-haterish atmosphere overpaid old farts in senior management who are stupid, crusty, and outdated extreme lack of leadership low morality utter lack of decisive leadership, CEO runs place like a tyrannical dictator. Titles and positions have almost no real authority or power only a flimsy illusory sense of professionalism raises are almost non existent and dependent on how much of a political correct kiss ass you are

Pros

You get lots of paid time off, 401K, and a very decent benefits package

Cons

Rampant nepotism, zero communications, technophobic female dominated workplace. Zero accountability, zero reward/punishment system, zero control. Nobody takes responsibility for ANYTHING. Bloated departments filled with paycheck collectors who do zilch except sit on their asses all day going through the motions. The only time anyone acts halfway competent is when the money pipelines need lubing up.
