      Poor company, full politics, regionalism

      flexible timing and food, WFH thats it!

      Cons

      They fired 10 employees out of 60 in 2014, its a worst company you can work for. The worst is HR. High politics, If you belong to Maharashtra then you are welcome, else you will be odd men out.

      I appreciate the feedback here. I agree that we could not pay the salaries on time for the first time in six years and I truly feel sorry for it. I take complete responsibility of where we stand right now and I promise to get this back on track in next 3-4 months. I will try to be more transparent moving forward. Probably set up a monthly emailer on where we stand.

      1. Nice Team support 2. Management is very nice & helpful 3. they take care of employees like their own family 4. Best place for female employees 5. Flexi timings & Work from Home

      1. During that phase management became ignorant towards few middle level employees and gave them too much liberty to exploit their peers. 2. Average appraisals
