Pros

Health care is good and affordable.

Cons

Employees are very underpaid and there are never any pay raises or incentives. Management purposely undercuts reviews to justify no pay raise. Employee's walk on egg shells for fear of being fired. Very negative environment.

There was not good to say about The Ideal Group. I guess the location was good for me

Cons

They don't care a whole lot about their employees. They don't pay well at all. they don't even turn the heat on in the winter so the people that work in the warehouse freeze all day everyday.

The hours and pay are decent.

Cons

Employees are a dime-a-dozen to management. They let go of employees for "at will" reasons, without further explanation, very commonly in the Lansing sites.
