A breath of fresh air in the usually cut-throat recruitment industry, where it's much less about a tick-box approach of matching CVs with job descriptions, and more about matching personality fits, goals and cultural requirements of candidates with their next opportunity. Led by two phenomenal, female directors, who are generous with their time and experience, and who are still actively involved in day to day recruitment.
Cons
It can take some time to develop a successful desk as a junior team member, however this is the nature of working for a boutique agency. Once you've established yourself (with the support of directors and senior consultants) the rewards come thick and fast.
