Pros

You are able to learn and gain loads of experience at one of the fastest moving patent monetization firms out there. Optimal office location. Modern premises.

Cons

There is no HR. They have tried to implement some by hiring HR people but after a short time they are fired. The turnover of staff is very high. They are able to hire and fire people very quickly. Lack of proper training. It's pretty much like "here's a bunch of documents and links... go through them and we'll see you out there". Professional ethics are just not there. But what you can find is shouting, insults, bullying, threats, etc. Highly competitive environment, but from a negative perspective. There is no team building... nobody trusts each other. People tend to isolate from everyone else. There is always a silent "who's side are you on?" when you talk to other coworkers. Management by fear. You'll always be worried about losing your job. The executives make sure to remind you this every now and then.

Pros

Professional growth Free health benefits Free gym membership Fully stocked kitchen

Cons

The work-life balance is unhealthy. Workers are often made to feel guilty for wishing for a life outside of work and leaving at an appropriate time. The guilt generally turns to anger and self-doubt, which contributes to a vicious cycle that creates workers who are unhappy personally and professionally. The work environment is hostile, stressful and unprofessional and instills in workers a sense of fear. Fear that they could lose their job at any moment, fear of facing ridicule and being talked about for being subpar, even if that is far from the truth. New management openly talks about the inadequacy of forming staff, mentioning them by name.   The general attitude is: You look at me wrong, I can and will fire you.   The politics at this company are outrageous, leaving workers with ultimately two choices: take an arrow in the back or sell your soul.
