Pros

They will give so much of work without any proper guidance and you end up learning by yourself. For your work also there is no one proper to review and kudos to QA team that they will take developers unit test plan and run that only for testing and viola your code which you prepared with loads of hard work is not published as at the end of 8-9 months you come to know that requirement changed. I spent 2 years in this company and thankful to their no care attitude i ended up learning by myself and forced to leave this company with proper fight with my manager. Believe me you won't find a single happy soul here.

Cons

List is long but let me give some pointers: 1. When they take project they don't believe in taking any technical specifications from the client and after signing the deal they start realising that it is not possible to come up with proper product. Worst part as a developer you had spent nights for making that impossible to make almost possible and then you hit with the truth that project got moved and all work done is scrapped. 2. Managers feel you are slave to them and the way you get assignments are pathetic. All the deadlines are EOD and work assigned at 5pm every day. My manager was special, always at morning we all team members used to get one task and by evening 5 when you think you nailed the job, manager use to ask why spent all the day doing this work and when you iterate the morning order then definitely you are in trouble as how dare you question your manager and manager is always right. 3. Parallelism is the key to their work culture, you forgot you are having any life at all. One of my colleague female has been asked indirectly to leave the husband (as he was relocating) and stay in india the work. 4. People who are writing that they had awesome exposure to technical work, I 100% support them but contrary to your knowledge managers are so intelligent, they feel you can defy all the technical boundaries and make product out of thin layer. 5. HR is awesome, one of the employee joined the company and left it in 1 month because of above reasons and guess what HR asked him to return bag, water bottle and even pens which they gave during joining. 6. Please don't suicide joining this company, you will regret after 3 months only and will feel why I had joined even after reading this post

Pros

Working with talented engineers and developers was great. Learned so much, and always appreciated their support of tech pubs. Weekly outdoor barbecues in the summer were fun, and a neat way to meet and interact with other teams, and even senior management. I loved working here!

Cons

Sometimes difficult to get one-on-one time with SMEs because they were often re-tasked with work on customer-specific projects that were a higher priority than the planned feature or enhancement releases.

Pros

I have been working in IP infusion for past 2 years. This is my 3rd company, previously had been employed with 2 big names in networking. Let me be straight forward, this is one of the best place I have been yet! What makes it best for me? - Best technology. If you are into networking space, you would already know ZebOS, and that was a whole lot of experience for me. I have gained more knowledge in past 2 years than my entire career. That is the level of exposure you get. - From past few months we have been working on OcNOS the new offering in the networking space. I feel lucky for being part of new revolutions in the industry. This has been an adrenaline rush; short deadlines, new features, new technology what else you can ask for? - Very open cultured, no hierarchy and very easy accessible MD. - Policies are like any other organization, but I liked them being flexible. I had more than 30 days unclaimed leaves, and that was the limit, above that would get lapsed. Had few discussions with my manger and HR, and yes, now they have made 45 as upper limit to all. These small things help!

Cons

I would be wrong if I say there are no Cons, here are few. - At times you get over worked. Too much of work comes in short time. As long as you enjoy the work it should be ok to manage. But it should not be a crib for youngsters who are at the starting of their work life. - I feel IPI could be The Best Place to start your career. I have not seen my previous two companies giving such BIG exposure to technology. Can you believe, there is no Bench here!! - Being small company your visibility is very high. - This is definitely not for mediocre! I have seen few employees who struggle and crib. If you love technology and have the passion to work, yes this is THE place.
