Pros

Good healthcare and time off packages.

Cons

A politically charged environment focused on meeting the needs of senior staff without regard for benefitting law enforcement. Often times senior leaders will focus on traveling and spending entire budgets on themselves galavanting around the world instead of producing porjects, works, or providing assistance to global law enforcement. Extremly toxic work culture in some departments.

Pros

-> Excellent benefits for CDI and fixed-term employees -> Well stocked office -> Comfortable hours -> Excellent cafeteria -> Coffee machines are great

Cons

-> Frustrating bureaucracy -> Nothing ever gets done on time -> Very top heavy organization -> Inefficient to the point of risking sinking into obsolescence -> Partial to donors and stronger member countries -> Its just a sad mess of an organization running on fumes and name recognition
