There is a lot that this company needs to change: - They use mercer benchmark for their paygrades. but the job evaluations are done by someone who sits in Corporate HR in Italy and does not have any understanding of the local market. - Transparency and Integrity are their written values which they dont even care about. The culture is gossip culture behind curtains. Who likes who or who does not get along well with who. -your career path depends on who you report to and how close your manager is to Italy. -the only conversation they have is cost saving. there minimum to none employee development plans, trainings etc.

Some managers are nicer than others

Very less salary, takes too much time and very little salary appraisal, not many benefits, every thing is urgent, sometimes work under extreme pressure.

The office is such a toxic environment that is driving away good employees. If you take a look there are always the same people there while new hires leave after just a few years. No room for growth even though the managers during the interview process tell you otherwise. Promotions and great opportunities are always given to the same people by management which destroys morale.

unorganized have to stay on top

Company is run by unprofessional managers (so called) who do not know 'people Management?' And importance of skilled people.

You start as a chemist and you will end up as a chemist, unless you get promoted to another department. Too much favoritism. Most Managers are unprofessional. Employees are not rewarded for their good work. Salary not representable to the work that is being done. Managers are not really well trained for their position.
