There is a lot that this company needs to change: - They use mercer benchmark for their paygrades. but the job evaluations are done by someone who sits in Corporate HR in Italy and does not have any understanding of the local market. - Transparency and Integrity are their written values which they dont even care about. The culture is gossip culture behind curtains. Who likes who or who does not get along well with who. -your career path depends on who you report to and how close your manager is to Italy. -the only conversation they have is cost saving. there minimum to none employee development plans, trainings etc.

Do not expect to get a raise or promotion based on merit and hard work. There is favoritism and nepotism. People who are not qualified to do the basic JOB get promoted. The culture and work environment is horrible. People lie and blame each other. No accountability at all!

culture low turnaround lack of management

Run by unprofessional people. They do not have any work culture nor any behavior culture. Work with them is, keep your self-respect aside and work as bonded labor. If you complain or raise voice, they show you door. And during the time I worked, I show many such cases. If you have any other choice, do not join this company.
