      Pros

      good for learning the structure of a big colombian company access to big projects you can grow as professional and even become shareholder For colombian job market it is slightly above average salary

      Cons

      drama inside the company starting from shareholders and old engineers in the company. sometimes it really depends on people more than actual engineering decision they dont pay overtime depending on the individual they might even be rude and disrespectful
