      Interview was easy, very disorganized. They pay google a lot of money, so leads are easy.

      Cons

      Don't believe what you read here, there's no incentives for this company.

      Pros

      Very little pros. You get a paycheck. If you don't expect much and don''t mind being BS'd about the opportunities and the mindless meetings with the owner then you can get by.

      Cons

      No structure to the departments. It is micro managed by the owner. He will turn his own employees on each other and plays them against each other. Any attempt to implement any procedure or protocol usually get shot down by the owner. Lots of inappropriate behavior and treatment. I am surprised this company has not been sured for unethical treatment of employees. Had illegals working for the company for years and then turned them in. This company is run haphazardly and makes you lie to customers that their products are manufactured in the USA but are made overseas in China!
