      The only pro working for this company is the that are snacks provided in the work space area

      Cons

      The downside of working with IIIEight Mangement is everything you could literally hate in a job only because of Kestahn. He’s a nice person dont get me wrong, but he’s not a good leader in my opinion and his attitude sucks

      There is so much growth inside of work and in your outside life you really learn to push yourself to be better every day and you learn how to really read your goals.

      Cons

      Leadership is a full-time job on and off the clock.
