Pros

Easy parking due to Avonmouth location

Cons

Massive staff turnover tells it all. Awful culture, awful management, every day stressful because of management style.

Pros

Free parking, and free popcorn on a Monday.

Cons

Toxic culture resulting in massive turnover of staff. Managers who have no clue what they are doing apart from micromanaging what their teams are tasked to do. Blame culture all the way down from the top. Made to feel guilty if you leave the workplace on time as managers work late due to their incompetence and to look busy. HR work for the owner NOT the staff, no point ever raising a complaint or grievance, it will never be listened to

Pros

Staff are very nice, the job is decent.

Cons

The issue presents itself when you try and report an issue with higher management to HR. HR does not do their job at all, promising to speak with the person in question and then nothing comes of it. Higher management see you as so stupid and incompetent, yet hire you because you'd be a good fit in the role. They are childish and will find ways to back stab you whenever they can. HR tried to eliminate my notice period because 'i didn't have enough work' despite never asking about my workload. I was also threatened with disciplinary action for not CC'ing people in emails that aren't relevant to them. The micro management is absurd
