      Pros

      Most people here are very very nice and they give you free food pretty often.

      Cons

      No real healthcare plan it comes with a healthcare where you can get $150 a month to spend on something. You only get paid on the 30th of every month. There was some kinda weird things in the work place like a lot of cursing a lot of comments on appearances from like top staff a lot of slightly odd things here.

      Pros

      Owner cares about his business. Learned a lot of life lessons.

      Cons

      Micromanaged by owners and management. I didn’t know how horrible the environment was until I moved on in my career years later …It was a really rough start, but I learned to have some really tough skin in life. A very Toxic environment . Just thought I would pass on my advice from someone who succeeded years later. (After this job) Don’t settle!

      Steady Income, Good office environment, friendly staff, stocked refreshments, clean workplace, usually clear cut objectives

      Cons

      heavy micromanagement from upper staff, very little communication between team leads and above with the lower staff, once a month pay checks, no healthcare benefits when I was employed
