      You work in a fast-paced environment that requires you to work across all teams. Very proactive approach to education, so the company is always refining strategy and trying new things. Cool people to work with, relaxed office environment. It's also great to work in education, helping people find new skills and careers.

      Cons

      Fast-paced, strategies and goals might change at a moment's notice, so you have to be on your toes and ready to try new things. Expect to go 'off-road' from your job responsibilities and job description.
