Pros
very relaxed environment for team members, not much is expected of most employees
Cons
Owners don't care about anything but money (cutting corners, underpaying employees, refusing to pay for essential items for the job, using AI art for wallpaper instead of paying real artists) Management has been very petty, nitpicking every little thing I do wrong, even when I am one of their most valued employees. Management makes up lies about people they don't like to get them in trouble Standards for the playground are embarrassingly low, with attractions falling apart all the time and owners dragging their feet to fix it Never take a deadline at face value because everything gets pushed back, sometimes even months later. You can never rely on anything management or owners say will get done, because its a toss up of whether or not it actually gets done. Policies and standards come and go like the wind, so you never know what you're actually supposed to be doing and whether or not you'll get in trouble for not following the rules. Shift leaders are told they need to take on more responsibility and then never given direction on how to do so. Better performing staff are held to a higher standard than lower performing staff, with lower performing staff able to get away with just about anything.
