12.30 PM finish on Fridays.
Cons
Meetings. "Chats" with the Manager that last forever - normally 30 minutes minimum about cycling and 10 minutes max work related. And they always take place around 4.30PM when knock off time is 5PM. Strange, that. Customer audits every other day. And some truly horrible "colleagues".
