      I've never seen such transparency and integrity from an employer. The culture and environment is a huge part of why they have such sustained success

      Pros

      Great diversity of opportunities including product design, hands-on fabrication, test/ experiment design, text execution, and data analysis. Inclusive culture where every member of the company is a team mate. Lots of trust in junior employees to head large projects.

      Cons

      Located in a small town so it may not be a great fit if you are not interested in rural Utah.
