Pros
Some of the people are really lovely but other than that there is nothing else positive I can say
Cons
Pay is ridiculously low for what is expected and they pile more duties on to those who are hard workers without any recognition or increase in wage. Very clicky management - High volume of staff turnover - if any complaints are made they are usually fired (or a way to fire them is organised) No respect or appreciation of workers on the lower rung on the ladder. No employee rights as no unions allowed, no sick pay allowed so no pay if you fall ill, holidays are minimum, no maternity pay (unless you are in the management). Management are very arrogant to the point of being rude and disrespectful..... the list goes on
